THE BAIT – This is an inexpensive branded item ($5 or less) which is used to communicate your call-to-action (CTA) and the REEL incentive your are offering.

BAIT QUANTITY – Enter the size of your audience numerically. This audience is QUALIFIED Prospects. No SUSPECTS should be included in this offering

BAIT COST – Slide the scale to indicate the amount you need to spend to effectively communicate your offer.

THE HOOK – This is a tool to capture and measure the bait response. It is typically a custom landing page, however, it can be any mechanism to capture the response specific to each campaign.

THE REEL – This is another branded item, with a minimum perceived value of $25.00, which is the prospect’s incentive for completing your CTA.

REEL COST – Slide the scale to indicate the cost you are willing to spend, per unit, to continue engaging your audience

RESPONSE RATE – Enter the estimated response rate (%) you anticipate from your initial Bait offer/CTA. This yields the Reel Quantitiy for calculating your total Reel Cost.

TOTAL CAMPAIGN INVESTMENT = BAIT + HOOK + REEL

Projected Returns

AVERAGE CLOSE RATE – Enter average % of pitched prospects you close with a sale. This will calculate the Projected Unit Sales for this campaign.

PROJECTED CAMPAIGN REVENUE – is a calculation of Projected Unit Sales multiplied by Average Order Amount.

ROO – Return on Opportunity is calculated as
Projected Campaign Revenue divided by Campaign Costs

ROI – Return on Investiment is calculated as (Projected Campaign Revenue less Campaign Costs) divided by Campaign Costs
